Michelda Johnson is a serial entrepreneur, strategist, philanthropist, and author holding the title of CEO for over 20 years. She started her entrepreneurial journey as CEO of Innovative HR and Training Services, a vibrant Human Resource practice with national and international clients in various industries to include technical innovation, manufacturing, healthcare, and entities within the public sector. She’s led executives through strategic planning sessions, leadership development for c-suite and front line managers, and conducted Diversity and Inclusion training for major organizations. She’s also provided tactical project management and efficiently analysis expertise for product implementation and roll-out. Her niche is strategy, operations development, and providing training that bridges the gap between knowing and doing.

As a fierce community advocate, Michelda believes that the ultimate way to create equality and empowerment is to create an economy of scales in the bank account. She is determined to birth multi six and seven figure income earners and provide coaching and mentoring to millennial entrepreneurs seeking their path.
